Teething & Beach Ball Fun

I've said it more times than I can count - "we think she might be teething"...but this time it really seems to be true. I could be proven wrong - but she's been running a fever (despite doctors saying it's not a symptom, all moms seem to disagree), she's been a little fussy eating (starts to eat, then stops, then starts, then stops), and doing a lot of drooling! No actual teeth in sight yet, but it sure seems like it won't be long.

Here's a little video from a week or two ago of Berkley playing with a beachball, one of her new favorite toys. Usually we play with it in the little baby pool outside, but here she is inside with it.

6 Month Pictures!

Berkley's 6 month photos were taken on July 9 (just one day prior to the actual day) and she did so great! It was a hot, muggy, and mosquitoey day...so we didn't take much outside. She also was kind of sick of pictures once we got out there. She really did great though and was hamming it up enough to allow Brook to get some great photos! I absolutely love them! Sitting up & playing with Bailey

Berkley is doing great - sitting up for quite awhile on her own and doing lots of rolling all over the place! If we turn around for just a minute, she's on the other side of the room. It won't be long before some serious baby proofing will need to take place! She's also getting more and more playful with the cats - and Bailey is being particularly patient with her!

Mommy's Birthday

More cereal, carrots, peas, and sweet potatoes!

We've tried all sorts of new foods in the past few weeks - but sweet potatoes are by far her favorite! I bought a few jars of various types, but I also made homemade peas for her. She was not much of a fan of them - but hopefully she'll come around! Here are a few pics of various dinner times!

Happy Father's Day

Sorry for the delay in posting anything! Berkley came down with a cold, and then proceeded to give it to Ben & me! Berkley's been good for the past week or so, but we're still fighting it all off. Thankfully we are slowly on the mend, and things can get back to normal!
